All shipping Times provided are estimated and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, holidays, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
2. Carrier Responsibility
Once your order is shipped and tracking informatin is provided, Black Melanin Queen is no longer responsible for the package. Any delivery issues ( delays, lost/stolen packages) must be addressed with the shipping carrier directly.
3. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for:
Misspelled or incorrect addresses
Packages returned or lost due to incorrect information.

All items are made to order and typically take 2-5 business days to process before shipping.
Estimated Delivery Times
U.S Orders 5-10 business days after processing
International Orders 10-20 business days depending on location.

Generally speaking, We are not responsible for shipping delays once you're package has been handed off to the carrier. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses entered at checkout. Please double check your shipping details before submitting your order. If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, you may be responsible for reshipping costs.
Tracking once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details updates to appear.
