By purchasing from Black Melanin Queen, you acknowledged and agree to the following terms:
1. All Sales Are Final
Due to made to order nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.
2. No Cancellations After Order Is Placed
Once an order is submitted it cannot be canceled or modified, as production begins immediately.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing crystal@blackmelaninshop.net with:
if eligible, we will work with our production partner to offer a replacement to no additional cost.
4. Color & Sizing Disclaimer
Colors may disappear slightly different due to screen sittings. Please refer to the sizing charts and product descriptions before ordering. We do not offer refunds for sizing or color dissatisfaction.
5. Chargebacks & Disputes
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first is a violation of this policy. We reserve the right to dispute all unauthorzied chargebacks with supporting documentation.
